Budget

The budget pane lists and tallies all your expenses. The budget will breakdown per-participant, and total cost for each expense, and categorize expenses by Location, Activity, Leg, or general. If you've specified a budget in your Trip Settings, we'll subtract it from the total so you can see if budget remains or if you're over-budget. All expenses are represented in your configured currency, taking into account current exchange rate.

Each expense has a few checkboxes to assist your planning:

  • Split: Split the cost of this expense among participants
  • Exclude: Don't include the expense in the total

General expenses not related to a Location, Activity, or Leg can be added from the Budget Pane.

Fuel expenses are automatically calculated and included in the budget.
