Stays

Stays are where you'll overnight while at a Location. Stays are color-coded throughout so they can be easily recognized. Stays can be added via the "+" button to the right of each location on the itinerary.

Stays only need to have a name, but there is optional information you can add:

Place

A place is a specific geographic location. As you enter text, you'll get suggestions. You can select one, or use your own text. You can also use the coordinate picker to choose a particular spot on the map pane. If you know the coordinates for your stay, you can paste them directly.

Nights

You can indicate how many nights you'll spend at each stay. Adjusting nights for a stay will automatically push subsequent stays within the location accordingly.

If you assign dates to your stay, they'll appear on the Calendar. If the location has no dates, you won't be able to select dates or nights for the stay.

Location stays that are unaccounted for appear in your Alerts.

Expenses

Expenses can be associated with a stay. These expenses can be anything - room price, campsite fee, etc. Any expenses associated with a stay will also appear on the Budget summary.

Attachments

Documents can be associated with a stay. Any documents associated a stay will also appear on the attachments pane.
