Calendar

Your calendar will display Location dates, Activity dates, Attachment dates, and Idea dates. Each item on the calendar can be dragged to adjust the date range. Items can also be resized to change the number of days or nights assigned.

New items can be added with a drag-selection in a date range or by pressing a particular date. All changes made on the calendar will also be reflected on the Itinerary.

Any location or activity can be selected to bring up the details of that item. Any changes will be immediately reflected on the Calendar and other panes.

Moving Locations

Locations can be moved around the calendar to adjust their dates. Nights at a location can also be changed by resizing the location. Adjusting a location's nights will push subsequent unpinned locations accordingly.

If a location is pinned, a pin icon will show up on the calendar entry. Pressing the icon will unpin the location. You can also unpin locations from the location detail view.

Moving a location will also move associated activity, stay, and attachment dates.

Moving Stays

Stays can be moved around the calendar to adjust their dates. Nights at a stay can also be changed by resizing the stay. Adjusting a stay's nights will push all following stays accordingly.

Moving Activities, Ideas, and Notes

Activities, ideas and documents, if assigned dates, can be moved and resized as needed.

Activities can be moved within locations and dragged between locations, but can't exist outside of a location.

Shifting Entire Trip

Shift your trip's starting date (moving all locations, activities, stays, etc) by pressing the "Shift Trip" button at the bottom of the Calendar pane and selecting a new starting date. Pinned locations will not move.
