Flights

Adding a Flight to your Itinerary automatically adds each stop as a Location, and each Leg. The distance and travel time of each leg is automatically provided. Subscribing unlocks additional ways to add your flights.

Press the "Add Flight" button on the Itinerary and pick how you want to add your flights:

Enter departure and arrival locations

1. Decide whether to use the last location on your itinerary as the initial departure location.
2. Enter a departure (if applicable) and arrival location.
3. Pick the departure date.

Load from document

1. Decide whether to use the last location on your itinerary as the initial departure location.
2. Pick a document that contains your flight information (forwarded email, uploaded PDF, or note).

Enter flight number and date

1. Decide whether to use the last location on your itinerary as the initial departure location.
2. Enter flight number and pick departure date.
3. Check off each leg that you're traveling on.
